1. General Terms

1.1. Connect Transport specializes in providing vehicle shipping services across the United States and internationally.
1.2. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the shipment of your vehicle.
1.3. Connect Transport reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Connect Transport.
2.2. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service option chosen.
2.3. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods specified at the time of booking.
2.4. All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
2.5. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to cancellation fees. Refunds will be handled based on our refund policy.

3. Vehicle Shipment Process

3.1. Pickup and Delivery: Our carriers will coordinate with you for vehicle pickup and delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the pickup and delivery locations.
3.2. Condition of the Vehicle: Vehicles must be in a drivable condition unless otherwise arranged. Any issues must be communicated to us at the time of booking.
3.3. Personal Items: We strongly advise against leaving personal items in the vehicle during transport. Connect Transport is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
3.4. Inspection: An inspection report will be completed at both pickup and delivery. Any damages or discrepancies must be noted at the time of delivery.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1. Connect Transport works with insured, vetted carriers to ensure the safety of your vehicle during transport.
4.2. Our carriers have insurance coverage for damages caused during transit. However, Connect Transport is not liable for:

5.1. Connect Transport offers international vehicle shipping to select destinations. Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the destination country’s regulations and providing all necessary documentation for export and import.
5.3. Transit times for international shipping can vary due to customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking to be eligible for a refund, minus a non-refundable booking fee of $50.
6.2. If a booking is canceled after 48 hours of booking, no refund will be issued.
6.3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the vehicle has been picked up.
6.4. Refunds for any overpayments or eligible canceled services will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1. You must provide accurate information about the vehicle (make, model, condition, etc.) and ensure that the vehicle is available for pickup at the scheduled time.
7.2. Any delays caused by failure to provide the vehicle at the agreed time may incur additional charges.
7.3. You must inspect the vehicle at delivery and report any issues before the carrier departs.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Connect Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific transport service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Connect Transport operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local and federal laws.
